Put in your own numbers and see what could be possible for your practice. The defaults are conservative starting points.

Where the money actually comes from

Four things change when the X-ray is down the hall

You bill the series

The imaging you order today is billed by whoever takes it. In-house, the series and the read are yours, and the patient is back in the adjusting room in under four minutes.

PI files that hold up

Unlimited AOMSI ligament injury reports, AMA Guides compliant, generated from your own flexion and extension films. Attorneys refer to the doctor whose paperwork survives a deposition.

Patients who stay

A patient sent across town for films is a patient who may not come back. Same-visit imaging closes that gap and the annotated image, texted to their phone, is the care plan conversation.

"When I provided the ChiroSight x-ray report and the images from ChiroSight to Blue Cross insurance I have routinely received extended care allowances for more visits beyond the usual limits. The power of these reports and measurements provide evidence of the need for care."
What $249 a month buys

The whole room, not a detector

The 17×17 flat panel package, from the ChiroSight equipment page. Larger detectors, full rooms and straight-arm systems are quoted to your space.

Tell us the space and what you image most. You get a quote for the right system, financing options, and your calculator results in the same email.

Your calculator inputs travel with the request so the quote answers the math you just did.

Where the defaults come from
  1. Chiropractic imaging rates: 56% of new patients radiographed across 3,810 practices, 1993 to 2015; more recent reporting puts new-presentation imaging around 28%, and one US study at 20.4% within five days of the first visit. ChiroUp, "Chiropractic X-ray Utilization: Trends and Insights"; Jenkins et al., Chiropractic & Manual Therapies (PMC6247638).
  2. Cervical series reimbursement: CPT 72040 (2 to 3 views) Medicare roughly $40 to $50; CPT 72050 (4 or more views) roughly $35 to $60 by locality. MDClarity and Pabau CPT 72040 guides, 2026; South Dakota Medicaid SFY26 fee schedule.
  3. $375 per AOMSI report is one ChiroSight customer's stated billing, quoted on chirosight.com. Your reimbursement will vary by payer and state.
  4. $249 a month, 17×17 flat panel package with software, workstation, monitor and 6-year warranty: chirosight.com/x-ray-hardware, read September 2026.
